Strategy execution

Know which goal needs a decision this week.

Every goal tool shows you a percentage. Domirs tells you whether that percentage is good — and which three goals are quietly failing while their owners report on track.

The goals aimed at this number are not the ones moving it. Either the objectives are wrong or the reporting is.

The difference

A percentage without a pace line is just a number.

75% in week nine of thirteen is behind, not good. Domirs puts the expectation on every bar, so nobody has to do that arithmetic in their head during a review.

At risk75%

8pt behind pace

Pace, on every bar

The tick marks where the goal should be today. Status is computed against it, not against a flat threshold.

Committedexpects 1.00
Aspirationalexpects 0.70

Two curves, one score

Committed goals grade against 1.0. Aspirational goals treat 0.7 as success — and a 1.0 as evidence the goal was set too small.

1Activation 31% → 55%47
2Time to first goal

Check-ins that take a minute

One queue, keyboard-driven. Enter saves and advances. Status recalculates as you type, so you see the consequence before you commit to it.

Strategy map

Every goal can prove what it ladders up to.

Four tiers, from the company north star to the key result someone updates on a Monday. Hover any card and its line of sight lights up — the rest drops back, so the map answers a question instead of showing a web.

Goals that ladder up to nothing are blocked at authoring time, with the reason: it would never appear here.

Also included

KPIs, kept separate

Standing metrics are graded against thresholds, not progress. An OKR is a change this quarter; a KPI is a number you own forever.

Initiatives

The work behind a number, tracked separately — because shipping four projects and moving nothing is the failure mode.

Quarter close

Score, retrospective, and an explicit carry-forward decision on everything unfinished. Closed quarters lock into an archive.

Weekly digest

One message on Monday: what moved, what needs a decision, what you owe. Delivery channel is configured with the buyer.

Capabilities

Everything a buyer expects from a strategy-execution platform.

The live demo is a working workspace. After you try it, we implement Domirs for your organisation — in your environment, or on architecture we operate for you.

Hierarchical objectives and key results

North star, annual pillars, quarterly objectives and key results. Team goals must ladder up. Orphan goals are blocked at authoring.

Multiple access levels

Administrator, manager, member, and read-only. Preview any role in the demo without changing the real account.

OKR change history

Every check-in, import, role change and export is written to an audit log with actor, before, and after.

Automated data preparation

CSV import with column mapping, validation, and a create/update preview before anything is applied.

Interactive dashboards

Home, signals, KPIs, and insights recompute against pace — not a static percentage.

Top-down and bottom-up reporting

Strategy map by pillar. Team packs and saved report definitions for leadership or a single department.

Role-based security and SSO

Workspace RBAC in product. SAML and SCIM are scoped to your identity provider at implementation.

Public-facing reports

Printable quarter packs for audiences without tenant access. Shareable demo for evaluation.

Configurable reporting

Save named packs: filter by team, include or hide signals, group by pillar or by team.

Optional generative AI

Off, assisted, or autonomous. Off is the default. Every screen still works with AI switched off.

Named integrations

Power BI, Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Zendesk, and Microsoft Lists — quoted and acceptance-tested against your approved APIs.

Per-client implementation

A dedicated deployment for each customer. We set Domirs up for one buyer, on one architecture, with training included.

Integrations

Connect the systems you already run.

Excel/CSV and the PDF pack are live in the demo. Named connectors are implemented against the APIs your security team approves — they are not turned on in the public sandbox.

Pricing

One price. $14,500.

One indicative price for a single-entity deployment: remote setup, configuration and training — hosted by us or inside your own environment. It renews at $8,900 a year. Monthly server cost is quoted after we know user count and region. It is not inside the $14,500. Security review, identity-provider work, named integrations, and support are quoted separately.

Start from the live demo. $14,500 is an indicative single-entity deployment price. Server cost, identity-provider work, named integrations, and support are quoted separately.

Security

The AI is a setting, not an assumption.

Domirs computes pace, status, signals and scoring locally. Turn AI off for the whole workspace and every screen still works — the price does not change, and no workspace content is sent to an AI provider.

For buyers who cannot sign otherwise, that switch is the point.

Off

No workspace content is sent to an AI provider. Signals, pace and scoring all continue to work.

Assisted

AI may draft; a person accepts every change.

Autonomous

On the production roadmap. Not enabled in the public demonstration.

Residency

Hosted by us or installed in your environment. Regional hosting is quoted at provisioning.

Implementation

We set it up for one client at a time.

After you request a deployment, we install Domirs on your servers or on a server we run only for you. That copy holds only your organisation's data. Other customers do not share it, and we do not browse it unless you ask us to.

01You host it

Your cloud tenant or your own hardware, in the region you choose. Your administrators run every privileged step.

02We host it

Architecture we operate for you: single-tenant, region quoted at provisioning, same product, no shared neighbours.

03Configure and train

Directory, SSO, teams and the first quarter of goals — then two remote sessions: leadership and check-in owners.

  • Your data stays yours. One buyer, one deployment. No other customer can see or share that copy.
  • No credentials change hands on buyer-hosted installs. Your administrators run privileged steps; we advise over a screen share.
  • No travel line on the invoice. Nothing about the delivery requires a site visit.
  • Purchase order and net-60 accepted. Identity, connectors, and extra support are quoted against your scope.

Support

A named path after go-live, not a ticket void.

Included

Remote setup, configuration, and two training sessions in the first-year price. The public demo is the same product you will run.

Quoted

A named engineer through the first two quarters, extra identity-provider work, and connectors into systems you already run.

How to reach us

Request a deployment from the demo or the contact form. We reply to your work email with hosting, users, integrations, and timeline.

Try the product, then order the deployment.

The public demo is a working workspace with sample data. When you are ready, we implement Domirs for your organisation — on your environment or on architecture we operate.
